Founded in 1998, the company’s administrative headquarters are located in the Dezhou special industrial district in Hebei Province. Since it’s founding in 1998 the company has continually modernized and expanded its facilities and expertise. Today Hualong has a workshop space of 28,000m2 and a team of 260 employees, more than 36 of whom are of specialized intermediate and senior technical staff. Since its establishment, Hualong has received vigorous support from the government leaders of the Dezhou Municipal Committee and technical supervision bureaus of Hebei province and Dezhou city.

Hualong’s workshop is fitted with advanced welding, machining, vulcanization and testing equipment to produce products exact to customer’s specifications and of the highest quality. Among which 4500 T vulcanizing machine is second to none in domestic industry.

The Hualong Corporation has been devoted to the research and application of wear resistant rubber formulation technology for many years and as a industry leader has established strategic cooperation and partnerships with several famous research institutes to aid in this endeavor. Such institutes include the Beijing General Research Institute of mining and Metallurgy, North-West research institute of rubber, Beijing Research & Design Institute of Rubber Industry, China Rubber Industry Association and the Beijing University of Chemical Technology. Cooperation with these institutes has greatly improved and cemented Hualong’s market position as a leader in China’s rubber related mining products field.

Hualong are specialists in producing highly wear resistant rubber products for a variety of mining fields including ore processing and transportation. This includes specialized rubber products for ore dressing such as wear-resistant lined equipment and fittings, flotation machine stator and rotor series, mill liner series, sand and slurry pumps, steel/rubber composite pipe lines and onsite application of naturally vulcanized rubber lining.
