1. Structure
The trommel developed independently by the Hualong Corporation is specially designed for autogenous mills and has a reliable structure, high efficiency, simple assembly, convenient maintenance and does not require an additional power source.

2. Characteristics
The design of the trommel is optimized based on maximizing the advantages of design from home and abroad and has the following characteristics:

1.For ease of transport of the extra large trommel, the sieve frame has been designed into two semi-cylinders for transport which combine together onsite. |

| 2. To provide uniform wearing of the screen surface, the sieve plate is designed into an arced shape. | Picture 1![]() |
| 3.To provide the grid with corrosion and wear resistant, the exposed part of the entire grid is made of natural vulcanized rubber with a thickness of about 3mm. | Picture 2![]() |
| 4. As the upper part of the grid raking prop is prone to impact abrasion by ores sifted out from the screen, a dismountable protecting jacket can be arranged. | Picture 3![]() Picture 4 |
| 5.As the flanges at the feed end and discharge end of the mill drum are prone to abrasion, a dismountable cover sheet can be arranged, which is convenient for maintenance and replacement. |

| 6.The first sieve plate at the feed end of the trommel sieve adopts a blind plate to avoid impact abrasion caused by abnormal feeding. |

| 7.Clip on plates save time for application and removal and are more secure than screw on plates. |

| 8.To ensure that the screening efficiency of the trommel sieve is higher than 40 percent, the guide plate adopts a spiral arrangement, which lengthens the sifting path of ore. |
