1. Product introduction
Hualong wear resistant SRP utilizes spiral welded steel pipe as the material for the framework and adopts rubber of excellent wear and thermal resistant properties as material for lining, which is synthesized with highly effective adhesive.
Due to the adoption of the principle "conquering the unyielding with the yielding", SRP is characterized by being highly wear, water hammer shock, acid, alkali and salt corrosion resistant. The low resistance anti scaling properties of rubber reduce the cost of transmission through lowering power consumption. The product is especially applicable to the transportation of wearing and corrosion bearing media in temperatures between -50 degrees centigrade to 150 degrees centigrade.
Compared with steel pipes and ceramic composite pipes, the rubber lined steel pipes of our company have a longer service life, lighter weight, easier assembly, more corrosion resistant, lower operation resistance and a better cost per performance ratio. The service life of rubber lined steel pipes are 15 to 40 years. If the pipes are rotated 90 degrees after 6 to 8 years of use the service life will be longer. Hualong SPRs can be lined with rubber 4 times, which reduces expense, shortening the production cycle. On site re rubbering application is also available upon request.



2. Product characteristics
| Structural integrity |
The reinforcing steel pipe is protected by a rubber layer which is attached by a high performance adhesive. This overcomes the relative weakness of steel pipes that while being highly shock resistant are not very wear resistant. Conversely plastic and rubber are both wear resistant but can not withstand high pressure and reinforced glass is generally brittle and has little shock resistance. Rubber lined steel pipe combines the advantages of both rubber and steel pipe lines while negating the disadvantages. |
| High wear resistant performance; long service life | The abrasion value is usually between 0.03 to 0.20 cm3 every 1.61km according to test results, and the wear resistant performance is 3 to 5 times of plastic and 4 to 6 times higher than steel pipeline. |
| High integrity and high shock resistant performance |
The elastic rubber has low density (1.2g per cm3), light weight, high vibration-absorbing and anti mechanical shock performance, high integrity, high rigidity, and does not produce creep deformation. The pipe are highly durable yet still convenient for transportation, assembly and maintenance. |

Resistant to corrosion of various acid, alkaline, salt and sea water. |

| Energy saving | The internal wall of the rubber lined steel pipeline is as smooth as glass. The absolute roughness concentration is as low as Ra0.02668. The operation resistance is about 20 percent lower than common steel pipes, which saves a great amount of power for transportation |

The anti-aging performance is excellent, and the service life under normal pressure and in normal temperature is longer than 15 years (theoretical value). |

The product is widely applied to ash blowing system and flue gas desulfurization of coal-fired power plant, and transportation pipelines of acid, alkaline and salt, etc., in chemical system. |
| Non cracking and reliable connection | The composite structure of steel and rubber avoids the phenomenon of cracking caused by rapid stress commonly found in plastic hoses. |
| Multiple connection modes, rapid and convenient connection | The product is characterized by rapid and convenient connection, convenient assembly, transportation, delivery and use. Field connection of the product is also rapid and convenient without welding. A variety of connection methods to suit working conditions is available. |
