RSR- Flexible Industrial Hose

1.Introduction

The RSR rubber hose consists of multilayer rubber, metal and synthetic material in reinforcing phases. The wear-resistant lining layer is made of premium wear-resistant rubber treated with Hualong's patented nanometer formula which can withstand the erosion of various mediums. The inner steel skeleton layer is made from the premium stainless steel. The steel skeleton layer has the flexibility of rubber hose while also being pressure resistant. The reinforcing layer is synthesized with a special steel chord and a high-intensified twilled fabric with a thickness custom tailored to the working conditions.

The products developed by Hualong Corporation are designed and customized with in accordance with the actual ore-delivering conditions in the mine such as specific gravity of ore slurry, weight, mean granularity, delivery distance, head, flow velocity and climate, etc.

  

2.Characteristics

2.1 Enhanced flexibility and shock resistance
The hose features good flexibility and strength which is required for delivering ore. RSR hoses boast high rigidity and shock resistance while featuring low linear expansion and creep resistance compared to steel pipes. The lining materials represent the apex in shock resistance and absorption ensuring a reliable delivery system.

2.2 High Wear Resistance
The wear resistance is 4-7 times that of steel pipe, stainless steel pipe and wearable metal spraying products. The hose can also deliver small particle slurry such as fly ash, coal water slurry and ore tailings and as well as raw salts more effectively, thereby greatly enhancing the service life of the pipe. Furthermore, it will increase the transportation efficiency by around 20% compared with steel pipe.

2.3 Energy saving anti-scaling
The inner surface of the pipe is very smooth and fluid which makes scaling difficult. Since the inner wall of the hose resists erosion and wear without scaling it has little flow resistance and friction maintaining flow velocity and capacity. The hose can be 15% smaller in inner diameter than that of the steel pipe, especially capable of delivering the mixed slurry of high viscosity and easy-to-scale powder materials.

2.4 Anti-corrosion and aging resistance
Corrosion resistant painting isn't required during the pipeline construction. The RSR hose material comes in many varieties that can withstand the erosion by most chemical mediums. Antioxidant and black carbon ultraviolet absorbent is added in the raw material formula to enhance aging and weather resistance.

2.5 Convenient installation
Because the hose is light (1/6 weight of the carbon steel or stainless steel) and highly flexible, loading, unloading, installation and use is very convenient while being easy to adapt to various foundations.
