1. Stucture and characteristics

1. Noise reduction: The damping effect of the rubber lining reduces noise. The noise level emitted buy rubber lined mills is usually 10-15dB lower than metal liner.

2. Corrosion resistance: The rubber lining has much higher corrosion resistant performance than metal lining, and is capable of working in acid and alkaline ore slurries from Ph 2-14.

3. Convenient assembly and maintenance:: The density of the rubber lining is only one sixth of metal lining; thereby the rubber lining is lighter and more convenient for assembly and disassembly.

4. Long service life: The service life of the rubber lining is usually 2 to 4 times of metal lining especially for hard ore.

5. Shock wear resistance: The rubber lining has higher anti fatigue abrasion and anti grinding wear performance than metal lining. The rubber lining is universally applied to feed and discharge ends of primary ball mill, feed and discharge ends of regrinding mill and discharge end of cylinder autogenous mills.

2. Specifications

Our products include wear resistant rubber lining for spill type mill, grid type mill, and compartment mill, satisfying technical requirements of primary coarse grinding, secondary grinding or fine regrinding. The mill diameter ranges Φ900-Φ8500 (with no length limit) to Φ8500x4000 for the largest wear resistant rubber liner.
